The Science Behind Being a Rebel

This is a place for food, cooking, inspiration, and fun. No rules except for pure epicurean delight. We’re on a journey for learning about all things food. And we learn by doing. By cooking. And showing off.

Nothing is off limits…almost.

This is my attempt to get myself into the kitchen cooking real food more often. I want to learn more and cook more. I want to show it off to the world. I want to talk about it. Nothing is off limits. I’m no professional chef, so pigs in a blanket? Yup those are awesome. Shrimp Étouffée? (which is fancy for smothered) That goes too. We are not judgy here. We’re rebels and we can cook whatever we want, however we want. About the only thing off limits is really stupid stuff like cooking with energy drinks. We are after all, aspiring to be real cooks here. Just  you know, in our tiny kitchens.

Welcome Aboard

In my musings here you might find some interesting things that I’ve personally whipped up or some really neat ideas for how to use a tiny piece of shit kitchen (like I have) effectively. You might also find a recipe of someone else’s that I fell in love with and recommend trying for yourself. There’s no rules here. We’re rebels, with a cause. That cause is good food and cooking. However the hell we want and nobody gets to tell us what that means but us.
